Which currency am I charged in?

The one shown on this page. Prices are localised to your country by Paddle, and the figure you see is the figure charged — we do no conversion of our own. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and appears on the invoice.

Who appears on my invoice?

Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the Merchant of Record for every ExtHive purchase, which means they handle the payment, the tax and the receipt. Your statement will show Paddle rather than ExtHive.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt. Switching takes effect from the next billing date, and the change is prorated so you are not charged twice for the same period.

Do I need an account to use the free features?

No. Snapshot Studio works in full with no sign-up and no licence key — there is nothing to create an account for.

How do I cancel?

From the same customer portal, in one step, with no email required. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves access in place until the period you have already paid for ends.
