Screenshots are easy. Good screenshots are not.
Every browser can grab the visible viewport. The moment you need the whole page, a phone-width version, or a copy with the customer's email covered before it goes in a doc, the built-in tools run out of road.
Long pages come back cut off, or stitched with a repeated sticky header halfway down.
Redacting sensitive data means a round trip through a separate image editor — and a blur that can often be undone.
Anything going into a launch post or a doc needs padding, a background and a frame, which is a second tool again.

Five ways to capture
The visible tab, a dragged region, a full page scrolled and stitched into one tall image, a device-size shot reflowed to a phone, tablet or laptop, or an image you paste or upload and edit the same way.
Redaction that cannot be undone
Blur, pixelate, cover with a solid block, or paint over with a freehand brush, in rectangles, ellipses or other shapes. The cover is flattened into the exported pixels, so what was underneath cannot be recovered from the file.
You decide what is hidden
There is no auto-detection and no “hide all”. Every hidden region is one you drew, which is the only version of this that can actually be trusted with a customer record.
Annotate in layers
Arrows, lines, boxes, ellipses, highlighter, freehand pen, text, numbered steps, and a spotlight that dims everything but the part you picked. Every mark stays a movable, resizable layer you can restyle later.
Beautify for demos and docs
Gradient, solid or photo backgrounds, padding, rounded corners and shadow, a clean browser frame with an optional tab title and favicon, social aspect ratios, and a logo or watermark overlay.
Save the look as a template
Keep a background, frame and watermark as a reusable preset, or save a full template — style plus your marks and hidden regions — to stamp onto a fresh shot of the same size.

- Reaches the current tab to run the capture, only when you start one. No host permissions are requested at install, so the extension has no access to any site until you click its toolbar icon.

- Injects the capture and region-selection overlay into the tab you are capturing.

- Keeps your presets, templates, capture history and preferences on your device.
- debugger
- Powers the optional device-size shot only. The DevTools protocol is the one way to reflow a tab to a phone or tablet viewport, so it attaches briefly for that capture and detaches right after.
